Studio Space Rental
MotherShip Studios offers affordable studio rental rates for a variety of types of creatives. From artists to musicians, collectives or other organizations, we invite everyone aboard the ship. Inside of our 360 sq ft gallery space with outside stage and ample parking, we look forward to being your next creative home.
We have two studios coming available this July 1st!
A1 - 12x12x24 - 288 sq ft - $720 all bills included. This is our largest studio, featuring 12-foot-high ceilings and prime location for the number #1 San Marcos Studio Tour stop. Solo artists, collectives or other creative organizations and businesses are accepted. Climate controlled, hardwood backed wall, windows and dimmable lights.
B1 - 8x8x20 - 160 sq ft - $400 all bills included. This is our coldest studio and closest to our gallery space. Solo artists, collectives or other creative organizations and businesses are accepted. Climate controlled, window and tone shifting, dimmable lights.
